Physical Education (P.E)

The strand unit of P.E that we've been working on so far is games.

We've practised:

  • throwing
  • catching
  • kicking
  • striking with the hand
  • striking with an implement

We always start with a warm-up:

Then we move onto activities based on the skill we're trying to develop.

We've had G.A.A training with Shane from the Round Towers G.A.A club.

 Concentration!

We even try to fit some P.E in when we're in the classroom. We try out a new yoga pose whenever we get the chance! Some of us are very good at it.
